Booking Fee Policy


At MKE Aesthetics & Wellness, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service and care. To ensure availability for all clients and streamline scheduling for both clients and staff, we have implemented the following booking fee policy:


Booking Fee:


A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure an appointment for Botox, filler, and aesthetic services (including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and more).


For Online Bookings: A credit card is required and the $50 booking fee will be charged within 24 hours of booking.


How It Works:


The $50 booking fee will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.


Rescheduling Policy:


If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.


Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.


Cancellation Policy:


Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will allow the booking fee to be applied to future services.


Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee.


Additional Information:


We understand that emergencies happen. If there is a legitimate emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy


At MKE Aesthetics & Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional service and personalized care to all our clients. Your time and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs while maintaining the highest standards of service.


To help us achieve this, we have updated our cancellation policy. Please take a moment to review the following details:


24-Hour Cancellation Notice:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee.


12-Hour Cancellation Notice:

  • For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $125 cancellation fee will be applied.


No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged $150.


Emergencies and Special Circumstances:

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. A fee according to the above may be charged in these situations on a case-by-case basis.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 262-415-9005. Be sure to include your name, appointment date, and time in your message.
