By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from MKE Aesthetics & Wellness, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, including appointment reminders and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of MKE Aesthetics & Wellness and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are hereby granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your own personal use. By scheduling an appointment with MKE Aesthetics & Wellness, you agree to our Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy. Please review this policy for details on deposits, cancellation windows, and no-show fees.

MKE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY — WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE — FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF MKE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MKE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release MKE Aesthetics & Wellness from responsibility, liability, claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown (including claims of negligence), arising out of or related to disputes between users and the acts or omissions of third parties. You expressly waive any rights you may have under California Civil Code § 1542 as well as any other statute or common law principles that would otherwise limit the coverage of this release.

By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of information about you in and to the United States and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

19. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your access to and use of our Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles.

Your continued access to and use of our Services after we provide notice will confirm your acceptance of the changes.
